Ten Things About my Love that Blesses Me

#10

My wife prepares food for and cloths my children.  Her execution of domestic duties free me up to be the best provider I can be.

#9

It blesses me that my wife has an artistic and creative side that she can express in both artwork and writing novels.

#8

I'm blessed when my wife prepares a dish that I know I can't cook as well as her.  It's somewhat frustrating, amusing and yet a big blessing.

#7

Seeing my wife experience an Oxycontin induced emotional high while she bonds with our babies while breastfeeding. We haven't had this experience recently, but it's quite a blessing to see.

#6

I like when I yell downstairs for someone to get me a tall glass of water and she responds, "But you are one!"

#5

It's a blessing to me that my wife honors me as the Patriarch and leader of our household.

#4

When I come home after a long day's work and my wife is literally bouncing up and down with enthusiasm to see me, I feel like one of the most loved men in the world.

#3

I love when we're engaged in a hot topic debate (current events, politics, biblical) and after arguing with confidence I realize that she's right, I'm wrong and I'm blessed to have such a wise wife.

#2

I'm honored to see my wife come along my side and raise my children in the nurture and admonition of the LORD, endowed with obvious and evidenced wisdom from above.

#1

I appreciate that a bruised reed my wife will not break.  When I've made a mistake and come to her feeling guilty over something I've done wrong, she offers comfort, peace and forgiveness.  She does not pile on, but rather loves.  Emotionally stable she never gets too low on me even in my worst moments.
